The Billboard Creative (TBC) is a Los Angeles-based non-profit organization that takes over unused billboards with the help of partner institutions, and transforms LA billboards into public art displays. Open to all disciplines, TBC accepts artworks through a democratic submission process -- if you can send your artwork as a digital file, we can make it into a billboard. Each exhibition is specially curated; this year's 2016 exhibition will be curated by LA photographer, Mona Kuhn.
